Cancelling or Rescheduling a Wide Load

If you need to cancel a scheduled movement - before or after receiving final confirmation from this office.

1. You must contact this office via phone at the earliest opportunity.
2. We also require written advice to the effect of requesting the cancellation.

If you are cancelling a movement and planning a new date;

1. You must submit the new application on a separate email.
   • Do not include the application for the new date on the same email advising of the cancellation.

If you need to reschedule a movement, please contact this office by phone at the earliest opportunity.

Unfortunately we cannot always accommodate date/time changes, and you may need to cancel and reapply, again allowing the three (3) minimum business day requirement for single day movements and five (5) minimum business day requirement for multi-day movements for the new date.

In the event of cancellation:
