Watch-house data

The Police Commissioner is committed to open and transparent reporting of capacity demand at watch-houses. The following information relates to the number of people being held in QPS watch-houses across the state. 

The report will be released at 6am and 6pm each day, fulfilling recommendations from the Women's Safety and Justice Taskforce and requests from the Queensland Human Rights Commission.

Inquiries about someone in custody should be directed in the first instance to the Officer in Charge of the police station responsible for the area to which the watch-house relates.
