The Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR) is the custodian of your traffic and licence history documents.
Who can obtain information?
Applications for a release of information can only be made if you:
- are requesting your own information,
- have been authorised by the licence holder to obtain their information,
- have a proven legal authority to obtain the information.
What information can you apply for?
You may apply for:
- your driver licence, industry authority, marine licence indicator or adult proof of age card information,
- your traffic history,
- your marine licence information,
- a copy of a document that was given by you to DTMR.
