BPOINT payment

Our Information Management Services (IMS) have revised the previous payment solution for criminal and person history checks as part of substantial transition towards a more environmentally friendly and customer-efficient agency.

IMS has set up a new, secure online payment platform through the Commonwealth Bank Group: BPOINT.

The customer-focused platform allows for direct online payment to be made (via credit/debit accounts), with access via mobile or computer, present-day pricing and instant receipt of payment.

BPOINT is a secure online payment system provided by the Commonwealth Bank. It caters to businesses with complex payment needs, allowing them to process one-off, recurring or batch payments and refunds. It also offers features like secure customer data storage, invoice issuing via email, and fast processing with real-time authorisation.

Our services that are now available via the QPS Legal BPOINT Payment Page are:

• Criminal Histories (QLD only, Individual's application only)
• Queensland Person History Check
• Court Brief (QP9)
• Benevolent Organisations Criminal History Check
