The Deputy Chief Executive, Strategy and Corporate Services, is responsible for continuous improvement, organisational efficiencies and better service delivery provision to the community.

This is achieved through a coordinated approach to address the increasing demands for service and the complexity of modern policing.

The Strategy and Corporate Services portfolio has responsibility for the following divisions and command:
